What the form builder keeps, about whom, and for how long.
People who fill in a form
Each form is set by its owner either to keep nothing or to keep a copy for a fixed number of days. A form that keeps nothing passes the answers to the owner's Dynamics 365 environment and to the email recipients they chose, and stores none of them; only a count per form per day is kept. A form that keeps a copy deletes it automatically when its retention ends.
The organisation that published the form decides what happens to your answers in their own systems, and is the one to contact about them.
People who build forms
We keep your name, sign-in address, chosen language and theme, and which workspaces you can reach, so the builder knows who you are and what you may change.
Credentials
Client secrets and sign-ins for Dynamics 365 environments are kept in Azure Key Vault and never stored in the database or shown again.
Cookies
This website sets one cookie, ppf-theme, holding light or dark if you choose one. The builder sets a sign-in cookie. Embedded forms set no cookies at all.
Where it runs
The builder runs in Microsoft Azure in the European Union, signs people in with Microsoft Entra ID, and stores its data in Azure SQL.
